This company did a fantastic job with explaining the issues with my roof and repairing it for a great price. People are very kind. I appreciate the work done!Posted on John JurczakTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you RoofPro for making our roof and skylight replacement as stress free as possible. We had moved into our home five years ago and noticed that our roof, which was only ten years old, was warping and looked like a washboard. We contacted four roofing contractors to diagnose the cause of the problem and to get a quote for two new skylights. There was RoofPro, two local contractors referred to us by neighbors and a large roofing company that advertises frequently on TV. Will Moore from RoofPro stood out as the most experienced and knowledgeable of the estimators. Not only did he show us that the roof was failing because of ventilation problems, he was the only estimator that showed us that our porch roof had structural problems that would need to be addressed before a new roof could be installed. We decided to forego repairs and asked the roofing companies for replacement quotes. RoofPro's proposal was thorough and detailed how the existing ventilation issues would be addressed. The company that advertised on TV just emailed an amount without a detailed contract that was $20,000 higher than RoofPro's and then called back two days later saying they were running a special that was still $12,000 higher. One local roofer did not include the porch roof in their estimate and the fourth one did not submit a written proposal. We signed our contract with RoofPro even though one of the proposals was slightly lower. They were the most knowledgeable, detailed and didn't use any gimmicks with their pricing. Within two days of signing our contract our project was scheduled for the following week. Our project manager, Ken Stanley, and his work crew showed up promptly at 7:30 to begin work. Ken was on site all day and was easily approachable to answer our questions. The new skylights required access to the inside of our home and the workers showed great care covering our floors and furniture and putting up plastic curtains to keep dust from spreading throughout our home. When their work was completed they made sure that everything was as clean as when they arrived. The new roof, skylights and cleanup were all completed the same day. We are very happy with the look of our new roof and love our new skylights. I highly recommend that anyone considering any exterior work to their home get an estimate from RoofPro.Posted on Michael M34Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very professional and quick to respond. They stand by their work.Posted on Michael MeyerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Roof Pro provided rapid and efficient response to our leaky roof problem. Jim Para conducted a thorough evaluation both inside and outside the structure and provided detailed feedback and potential fix action options. With the age of the house and previous water damage we chose a complete roof system replacement. Bracing for the cost, we were thrilled with the final estimate. Ken Stanley and his installation team's professionalism, quality of workmanship, and speed in getting the leaky roof replaced before the upcoming rains set in thankfully prevented further water damage . We witnessed a well oiled machine in operation. Well Done Roof Pro. We highly recommended this team !! v/r MikePosted on Skip NeesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great past experiences with Jim Para and RoofPRO at both our house and our daughters. This time it was just a small leak. Jim was prompt in stopping by to take a look and give us the estimate. Very pleased they had a slot open up in a few days and the repair was done before the next big rain. Crew was great showing me the bad plywood which they then replaced. Amazing how well they matched the rest of the roof even though those shingles are twenty years old. Really appreciate the detailed before and after photos they provided.Posted on Ewan AlexanderTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The crew did a terrific job. Quite professional.
Our Siding Installation & Replacement Services
Siding Installations
When you’re building a new home or updating an older one, siding installation is a key part of the process. We guide you through product choices that fit your home’s style, budget, and neighborhood norms. We work with siding manufacturers who are known for consistency, such as brands like James Hardie and CertainTeed. These materials come with strong factory warranties and color choices that hold up against Maryland’s sun, storms, and winter shifts. Then we install it to manufacturer standards, with tight seals, proper underlayment, and flashing that keeps water out.
Full Siding Replacement
You may not always notice siding problems immediately. Sometimes it’s subtle, slightly warped panels, rising energy bills, or a mildew smell that lingers around the exterior. Other times, it’s obvious. We’ll inspect your current system and explain the replacement process without pressure. If full replacement is the right move, we’ll tear down the old siding, repair any rot or mold underneath, and install a new weather barrier before your new panels go up.
We measure accurately (using EagleView and HOVER tools helps with this), handle the disposal of old materials, and stage materials so the job progresses quickly. Most single-family homes wrap up in a few days once work begins. When your siding starts to fail, replacing it with new materials makes your home stronger, safer, and easier to maintain.

Siding Repair and Sectional Fixes
Not every issue requires a full replacement. Sometimes it’s just one section of a wall or a few damaged panels from a fallen tree branch. In these cases, we offer targeted siding repairs. Our crews can source matching materials, including discontinued products, and restore your home’s seamless appearance. We handle cracked panels, warped boards, and loose seams. We also seal any areas vulnerable to water intrusion, which helps prevent future damage.
Quick repairs can save you thousands later on. We respond fast, keep the work clean, and get it done right the first time. You get a watertight exterior and attractive siding solution without paying for a complete replacement that you do not need.
Siding Inspections and Maintenance
An annual once‑over by a siding professional helps catch cracked panels on vinyl siding, issues with fiber cement, dried caulk around windows, or warped starter strips. We re-caulk joints, refresh paint on cut ends, and suggest small fixes that help prevent bigger problems. You get a short report and clear next steps.
Storm and Insurance Claim Help
Hail, wind, or debris can cause vinyl to fracture and metal to dent. We document damage with photos, meet the adjuster if needed, and provide line-item estimates that fit insurance paperwork.

No one wants a mystery price or surprise charges halfway through a project. That’s why we give clear estimates up front and explain what’s included. If there are different options available, we break them down by cost, appearance, and maintenance needs. We’ll also tell you when repairs make more sense than a full replacement. Frequently Asked Questions
Most single-family projects land between $12,000 and $35,000 depending on home size, tear-off needs, and material choice. Repairs can run a few hundred dollars for a small patch. Exact pricing comes after we measure and see what sits under the current cladding.
Many homeowners who work with us choose our siding financing option to help spread their payments out. We partner with lenders that offer low monthly plans and quick approvals.
Most replacements on standard two-story homes take three to five working days once materials are on site. Weather, framing repairs, and custom trim packages can add time. Our project manager will give you a schedule and daily updates.
Fiber cement siding is one of the most durable options. It resists rot, fire, pests, and extreme temperature swings. Many Maryland homeowners choose James Hardie products for their strength and long-term value.
Often yes. We maintain supplier relationships that allow us to track down discontinued products or close matches for older siding. If an exact match isn’t possible, we’ll discuss alternatives and show you samples before starting. If a line is discontinued, we will often propose taking siding from a less visible part of the house, using the closest match, or replacing a larger section that sits in a natural break so it blends.
No, as of September 15, 2000, a building permit is not required for siding replacement in Prince George’s County. If any unforeseen structural issues arise that do require a permit, RoofPRO is able to help with all necessary processes to make sure your home is repaired according to building codes.

Types of Siding We Offer
We offer several siding options depending on the look you want, your budget, and how long you want the material to last. Each type comes with its own strengths, and we’ll walk you through what works best in Prince George’s County’s varied neighborhoods and climates.
Vinyl Siding
This is the most popular choice for many homes in Prince George County. Budget friendly, widely available, and easy to clean. Modern vinyl siding comes in deeper profiles, realistic woodgrain textures, and insulated backer options that help with drafts. Brands like CertainTeed, Norandex, and Mastic sit on many Maryland homes for good reason. You can go with classic horizontal panels, shake-style accents, or vertical designs for something different.
Fiber Cement (James Hardie)
Fiber cement is heavier and stronger than vinyl. James Hardie is the industry leader here, and we install a lot of their siding on homes across Prince George’s County. High impact resistance, Class A fire rating, and ColorPlus Technology that bakes finish onto the board. James Hardie boards hold color and handle humid Mid-Atlantic summers well. Trim, panel, and shake styles give you design flexibility without constant repainting.
Composite and Engineered Wood Siding
These products combine wood fibers with resins or polymers to create durable panels that mimic the appearance of natural wood without requiring high maintenance. They come pre-finished in a range of colors and last longer than traditional wood. They’re ideal for homeowners in neighborhoods with strict appearance guidelines or those who want a premium exterior without constant repainting.
Metal and Specialty Options
Aluminum or steel siding panels can serve modern additions or light commercial façades. Impact resistance and color stability make them a niche but valuable choice.
Soffit, Fascia, and Gutters
New siding deserves a full envelope. We replace soffit panels that bridge roof edges, cover fascia boards, and upgrade gutters if they sag or leak. Everything ties together so water drains correctly and your house is set up for long term performance.
