Roofing Service Technician Position

We’re seeking skilled individuals for roofing service technician roles. Full-time positions with opportunities for advancement. Competitive hourly wage: $25.00-$40.00 per hour.

Job Description

As a Roofing Service Technician at RoofPRO, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality roofing solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Inspecting roofs to identify issues and determine the best repair or replacement solutions.
Performing roof repairs, maintenance, and installations on residential and commercial properties.
Ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Communicating effectively with clients to explain roofing issues and the necessary work to address them.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless project completion.

Qualifications

Previous experience in roof installation, service, or repair. (Siding & Gutter experience is a plus)
We require candidates to undergo a drug test as part of our standard screening process.
A clean driving record is required.

Preferred Qualifications, But Not All Required:

Experience with siding and gutters.
Proficiency with materials like TPO, EPDM, PVC, Slate, Copper, Metal Roof, Shingles, Cedar shake, etc.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 90lb regularly.
Comfortable ascending/descending ladders from 10 to 40 feet in height.
Capable of working in varied outdoor weather conditions.
Must be able to work in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
Proficient in handling materials and equipment from variant heights.
Willingness to perform physical tasks such as shoveling loose materials.
