RoofPro MD did an incredible job replacing the roof on my home. Throughout the entire process they were on-point with their communications, ensuring I was well-informed every step of the way. Bradley worked with us to nail down a solid estimate and generate the final contract that covered everything we needed. (Remember: if it isn't in the contract, it isn't part of the job.) Ken and his team were unbelievably fast and thorough. Supplies were dropped off the day before the job started. They arrived at 7 AM on the dot and got right to work. Stripped the roof and replaced bad decking by mid-day. They finished putting the new roof down by 6 PM and it looks amazing! This is my first roofing experience and I expected pain, cost over-runs and difficulties every step of the way. The RoofPro team made certain that everything was stress-free, fast and top notch. Highly recommended without hesitation!

I interviewed several other roofing companies but RoofPro went above and beyond. I just happen to see the truck in my neighborhood and decided to give it one last try. I was very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail without the high pressure sales pitch. Because of John’s ability to identify areas missed by the other roofing companies, I was able to get my roof replaced at virtually no cost to me. Their pricing was right in the middle. They weren’t the lowest and they were not the most expensive. However, because I felt good vibes from John as far as what he was explaining to me, I selected RoofPro. Oh, by the way, they are licensed, bonded and insured. Also kudos to the project manager, Ken. He informed me about the unexpected and the cost. I was well informed throughout the entire process. My estimator, TJ, was knowledgeable and personable and made my decision to proceed with skylight and sun tunnel installation fairly easy. We are very happy with the look of our new roof

Thank you RoofPro for making our roof and skylight replacement as stress free as possible. We had moved into our home five years ago and noticed that our roof, which was only ten years old, was warping and looked like a washboard. We contacted four roofing contractors to diagnose the cause of the problem and to get a quote for two new skylights. There was RoofPro, two local contractors referred to us by neighbors and a large roofing company that advertises frequently on TV. Will Moore from RoofPro stood out as the most experienced and knowledgeable of the estimators. Not only did he show us that the roof was failing because of ventilation problems, he was the only estimator that showed us that our porch roof had structural problems that would need to be addressed before a new roof could be installed.

We decided to forego repairs and asked the roofing companies for replacement quotes. RoofPro’s proposal was thorough and detailed how the existing ventilation issues would be addressed. The company that advertised on TV just emailed an amount without a detailed contract that was $20,000 higher than RoofPro’s and then called back two days later saying they were running a special that was still $12,000 higher. One local roofer did not include the porch roof in their estimate and the fourth one did not submit a written proposal. We signed our contract with RoofPro even though one of the proposals was slightly lower. They were the most knowledgeable, detailed and didn’t use any gimmicks with their pricing.

Within two days of signing our contract our project was scheduled for the following week. Our project manager, Ken Stanley, and his work crew showed up promptly at 7:30 to begin work. Ken was on site all day and was easily approachable to answer our questions. The new skylights required access to the inside of our home and the workers showed great care covering our floors and furniture and putting up plastic curtains to keep dust from spreading throughout our home. When their work was completed they made sure that everything was as clean as when they arrived. The new roof, skylights and cleanup were all completed the same day.

We are very happy with the look of our new roof and love our new skylights. I highly recommend that anyone considering any exterior work to their home get an estimate from RoofPro.

Great past experiences with Jim Para and RoofPRO at both our house and our daughters. This time it was just a small leak. Jim was prompt in stopping by to take a look and give us the estimate. Very pleased they had a slot open up in a few days and the repair was done before the next big rain. Crew was great showing me the bad plywood which they then replaced. Amazing how well they matched the rest of the roof even though those shingles are twenty years old. Really appreciate the detailed before and after photos they provided.

I'm extremely happy with the job RoofPro did installing a new leaf guard system, a new gutter, and a new roof on an addition to my house. First, I love that they are local. All the folks I dealt with gave em superior service. TJ was a helpful advisor with his quote and was communicative and answered all my questions through the process and he followed up to be sure I was happy. Leo and his crew did an excellent job installing the leaf guard system. They were polite, respectful of my property and efficient. I'm almost 70 and don't have to climb a 32 foot ladder to clean my gutters anymore! Roofing foreman Brandon was friendly, considerate of my property, efficient, and professional. His crew gave careful attention to detail removing and installing the roof and flashing. They cleaned everything up so I couldn't tell they had even been there accept for the beautiful new roof. The few times I had to call the office, they were always available, friendly, and helpful. The prices were reasonable so the whole job was definitely worth it. I love RoofPro. I'll be having them back next year to put a new roof on the rest of the house.

We had the best experience with RoofPRO, and especially TJ who was an amazing advocate for us as homeowners with our battle with our insurance to get our roof replaced. He came out quickly, did a thorough inspection with extensive picture evidence that was sent to us almost immediately. Despite a few months of fighting with our insurance, TJ responded promptly and helped us through the process. We also worked with several other people in accounting, and the project manager the day of the replacement and the customer service is above and beyond! I am extremely pleased with my roof replacement by RoofPRO, LLC. It was a very positive experience. Bradley provided a detailed estimate and greatly assisted me in obtaining satisfactory financing.
