Roofing Service Technician Position

We’re seeking skilled individuals for roofing service technician roles. Full-time positions with opportunities for advancement. Competitive hourly wage: $25.00-$40.00 per hour.

Job Description

As a Roofing Service Technician at RoofPRO, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality roofing solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting roofs to identify issues and determine the best repair or replacement solutions.
• Performing roof repairs, maintenance, and installations on residential and commercial properties.
• Ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
• Communicating effectively with clients to explain roofing issues and the necessary work to address them.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless project completion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in roof installation, service, or repair. (Siding & Gutter experience is a plus)
• We require candidates to undergo a drug test as part of our standard screening process. 
• A clean driving record is required.

Preferred Qualifications, But Not All Required:

• Experience with siding and gutters.
• Proficiency with materials like TPO, EPDM, PVC, Slate, Copper, Metal Roof, Shingles, Cedar shake, etc.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 90lb regularly.
• Comfortable ascending/descending ladders from 10 to 40 feet in height.
• Capable of working in varied outdoor weather conditions.
• Must be able to work in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
• Proficient in handling materials and equipment from variant heights.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as shoveling loose materials.
