Roofing Service Technician Position
We’re seeking skilled individuals for roofing service technician roles. Full-time positions with opportunities for advancement. Competitive hourly wage: $25.00-$40.00 per hour.
Job Description
As a Roofing Service Technician at RoofPRO, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality roofing solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting roofs to identify issues and determine the best repair or replacement solutions.
- Performing roof repairs, maintenance, and installations on residential and commercial properties.
- Ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
- Communicating effectively with clients to explain roofing issues and the necessary work to address them.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless project completion.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in roof installation, service, or repair. (Siding & Gutter experience is a plus)
- We require candidates to undergo a drug test as part of our standard screening process.
- A clean driving record is required.
Preferred Qualifications, But Not All Required:
- Experience with siding and gutters.
- Proficiency with materials like TPO, EPDM, PVC, Slate, Copper, Metal Roof, Shingles, Cedar shake, etc.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 90lb regularly.
- Comfortable ascending/descending ladders from 10 to 40 feet in height.
- Capable of working in varied outdoor weather conditions.
- Must be able to work in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
- Proficient in handling materials and equipment from variant heights.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as shoveling loose materials.
